LEDa

LEDa is French research laboratory in economics with 80 faculty members, 20 invited researchers (per year), 120 PhD students and managing 10 master's degrees (with 300 students).

Created in 2007, LEDa is organized around five research teams, addressing the following topics:

  Energy and Climate Change (econometrics of electricity and CO2 prices, regulation of energy markets, economic toolbox of emissions mitigation, management of energy transition).

  Banking, Finance and Insurance (risk analysis, financial and banking regulation, monetary policy).

  Game theory (microeconomic foundations, public policies, market organization).

  Health Economics (regulation of health systems, quality assessment, ageing and long term care, health inequalities, working conditions and health).

  International and Development Economics (social and human aspects of development, globalisation and the political economics of development, statistics division).

Research professors produce more than 200 documents annually (peer-reviewed journals, books, collective reference works or conference paper), are involved in European and national debates on public policy and have created closed links with industrial and financial corporations.
